The Crime Scene Technician program provides students with the experience and  familiarization of computer crime investigative techniques, evidence preservation, hands-on computer hardware training, and the fundamentals of network security.

Students enrolled in the Networking Degree Program and who have completed the SACS Oral Competency requirement (SPC2600 Public Speaking) may substitute CIS2417 Santa Fe PC Shop for CIS2254 Professional Development. In addition to obtaining “on the job” experience, we are supporting students interested in obtaining their CompTIA A+ certification. We have certification study materials to check out and offer 50% off vouchers for the first test of the certification. If you pass that test, the voucher for the second test is FREE.
